Leak detection & automatic shutoff.
Help finding plumbing leaks and planning water shutoff protection for Castaic and Santa Clarita homes.
Start with the plumbing problem.
Unexplained water use, moisture or a suspected pipe leak needs a closer look. Tell us what you have noticed and where, and we will discuss the next step for your property.
Automatic water shutoff installation.
We install smart shutoff systems, including Moen Flo and Frizzlife LP365. We review your water line, device requirements, power and connectivity before quoting the installation.
Has your insurer requested a system?
Send us the insurer’s written requirements before choosing equipment. Approved models, documentation and installation requirements depend on your policy; confirm acceptance with your insurer.
What we discuss in your installation scope.
- Main water line access and device compatibility
- Required connections and installation materials
- App pairing and network setup
- Setup, operation checks and customer orientation
- Requested installation documentation
Have a device already?
Tell us the model and send its installation requirements. We can discuss installation of customer-supplied equipment and any additional work required.
